Yesterday I woke up and WordPress lost my last three posts. They’re just gone. Have any of you experienced this before and can offer some advice or suggestions on how to resolve it? I haven’t changed anything server side.. I posted my last blog.. previewed it.. went to sleep.. the next morning my last three blogs were gone but the blog and admin settings are fine otherwise. HALP!

Did you check with your provider to see if they had an issue on their end? Also how regularly do you backup? I have a weekly automatic backup sent to me by email
Yep, its very likely that your provider had a server problem and rolled it back to the last backup they had, which may have been a few days ago, although they should backup every day…
Only way to avoid this is to make backups yourself, a bit of a pain, but often worth the effort.
