I don’t usually do this (ut oh..), but I want to recommend an album to all of you:

Wordsmith Free Speech and beatsmith Ro Blvd responsibly present “Laffy Taffy Rots Your Teeth,” a collection of 10 groundbreaking tracks that buck industry buffoonery with a freshness that guarantees jaw drops and violent head nods. Commercial rap has patronized hip-hop culture with endorsements of black face and buffoonery for far too long!

I wholeheartedly agree with where these two artists are coming from. As a longtime patron of hip-hop/rap, I share their frustration with the “black face” antics and buffoonery in mainstream black music. These ten tracks contain a special message for those who eagerly consume mainstream music without being justly critical of it.
