Consumating - Beta: Dating site for Nerds by Nerds

“Meet hipsters, bloggers, freaks and geeks in your area by showing off your quirky personality with zany answers to our constantly rotating questions.” Consumating.com is the first dating site to use the ideas of taxonomy and user-created tags to help people find one another. The spelling error in Consummating is not my problem.

Guess Who Got a Sony PSP

So, after reading a few blogs about the Sony PSP, I decided I had to have one right then and there. Sure, the advertised US release date is March 24th, but why wait if you don’t have to, right? With that in mind, I went over to eBay and picked up the cheapest Sony PSP I could find ($300 w/ free shipping within the US). Check out the pictures and videos I took below for more:

Christmas in March

Hey guys, it’s like Christmas in March (as the title points out). A colleague of mine, whom I’ve never met (in person) ordered EVERYTHING off of my deviantART Prints Wishlist. You probably don’t understand what kind of gesture this is, but it’s one of the single most generous thing anyone has done for me. Below I’ve taken pictures of what was shipped to me, but keep in mine, inside EACH of those [7] smaller canisters are about 2-6 prints ranging in size from 10×10″ to 20×30″. The two framed prints in the background are 20×30″

How do you thank somebody who has done something as generous as this, unprovoked? I think I’m going to do a bigger story about the deviantART Prints process and the quality of the prints received and some other issues later, but I just wanted to put this out there. I am a huge supporter of deviantART and I have my own little store set up there as well.
